Looe Island View is a modern detached four bedroom holiday home set in a spectacular hillside location in Downderry with self-catering accommodation for eight to ten guests. It has panoramic sea views all the way to Looe Island and beyond which can be enjoyed from the Juliet balconies, lounge, dining area and full length terrace.
Inside, this lovely four bedroom home has been thoughtfully designed to maximise its coastal aspect. The hub of the house is a spacious open plan living area, flooded with natural light, where families and friends can come together to relax and spend hours watching the ever-changing sea views. The fully fitted kitchen is extensively equipped for you to create a delicious meal, maybe using some of the finest Cornish food available, perhaps with a delivery of fresh fish from the fishmonger at Looe's fish market? A separate utility room and cloak room complete the ground floor layout.
The four bedrooms are on the first floor with en-suite shower room to the main bedroom and separate family bath/shower room. Outside there is parking for two or three cars (depending on the size), a terrace and a small area of lawn at the front of the house.
