The fabulous view can be enjoyed from the terrace, from the full length patio doors in the lounge and dining areas and from the Juliet balconies in both the main bedroom and bedroom two.
Inside Looe Island View is a modern, neutrally decorated, stylish and contemporary home. It has a modern kitchen and the entire property is furnished with quality and comfort in mind. There are four, first floor bedrooms which in total have nine full-sized beds, there is also both a sofa bed suitable for a child and two travel cots available on request.

Bedroom two is a twin room with two single sleigh beds and lovely views across the bay from the Juliet balcony
Bedroom three is a cosy double bedroom with views across green fields with sheep for you to count, not that you will need to after a busy day in the sea air
The bunk room has a large bunk bed made up of a full sized double bed below and full sized single bed above. There is a partial sea view
There are wardrobes in all bedrooms and a selection of furniture in all bedrooms for storage of your personal possessions
The family bathroom has both a bath and a separate shower cubical, loo and basin and storage for toiletries
Outside Grounds
At the front, a terrace stretches the full length of the house, furnished with a range of outdoor tables and seating for eight people and is ideally located to exploit the fabulous views. The terrace is fully enclosed by stainless handrail and glass panelling
Below this is a strip of lawn at the front of the house accessed from the drive and is fabulous place to lie in the sun.
Private off-road parking for two or three cars and ample additional on-road parking adjacent to the house.
