Getting there

With modern satellite navigation systems and apps, the house is easy to find as it was built 15 years ago and the postcode is on all systems we have used. The village is best entered from the East and alternatively from Seaton in the west. The three roads from the north are to be avoided if possible as they are narrow and very steep.

Buttlegate is a steep and bendy, but well maintained estate road.  The driveway to the property is also very steep but levels off at the front door, where there is space to park two cars.
